The Plague Doctor of Wippra Is Coming To Visit

We're only a month away from the release of The Plague Doctor of Wippra - a point and click set in medieval times during a, well, plague...

Did somebody call the doctor as The Plague Doctor of Wippra is on their way and should be with us later this month, developed by Electrocosmos and published by Application Systems Heidelberg. Hurrah!

This shouldn’t be a surprise for any point and click adventure fan, as a demo was out earlier in the year, and it’s a lovely throwback to the classics of yesteryear – more Sierra than LucasArts.

In The Plague Doctor of Wippra, you play Oswald Keller – a new doctor who has just arrived in a small German town where the bubonic plague is rapidly spreading. Set in medieval times, but with themes relatable to the modern age, we’ll be rewarded with multiple endings.

The Plague Doctor of Wippra is coming to PC, Mac and Linux via Steam and GOG from the 5th of October.

If you share this, I'll love you forever (ish)
