Seven Knights Time Wanderer Coming Soon To Switch

After success on mobile, Netmarble announce the release of Seven Knights Time Wanderer exclusively for the Switch, an updated version of the popular RPG.

Seven Knights Time Wanderer coming soon to Switch

The Nintendo Switch is home to some fantastic RPG’s. From Octopath Traveler to the Zelda franchises, the Switch is a popular platform for the genre, so that’s why Seven Knights Time Wanderer will be joining the ranks in the near future.

Based on the mobile version of the game, Seven Knights Time Wanderer is a real-time, turn-based RPG, following the adventures of Vanessa; the eighth member of the knights. She possesses a magical hourglass called Sandy, which seemingly has the power to manipulate space and time. In Seven Knights Time Wanderer, Sandy joins up with the original members from the Seven Knights mobile game.

This isn’t a direct port of the mobile edition, however, as Seven Knights Time Wanderer features all-new control and battle systems and the game is optimised for the console edition. In this single-player game players unlock new characters as the story progresses, but producers of the game Netmarble state that this doesn’t include a gacha system.

Seven Knights Time Wanderer marks Netmarble’s first release for the Switch:

Since Seven Knights’ 2014 Korean launch, it’s been quite humbling and exciting to see the game grow in global popularity. We could not be more thrilled that Seven Knights – Time Wanderer – will be Netmarble’s first Nintendo game.

The team can’t wait to share what makes Seven Knights – Time Wanderer – so special to a new audience, so we will work closely with Nintendo to ensure our first console game is exciting for Nintendo Switch gamers to play with.

Young Jae Park, Executive Producer of Netmarble

As Seven Knights Time Wanderer is ‘coming soon’, there’s no release date confirmed yet, but you can sign up for updates from the official site in the meantime.
