Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Greenlit For PS5 in 2023

A game that doesn't need any publicity (especially as it's coming in 2023) Marvel's Spider-Man 2 has been announced for PS5 from the same team as before.

Marvel’s Spider-Man is one of those essential titles you need to own, whether you’re into superheroes or not. If you’ve played/own it, you’ll be delighted to hear that a sequel, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is on the horizon.

Having purchased and subsequently finished Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, I’m far more in his camp than Peter Parker’s, so pleased to see a sequel, but would rather play as Miles once more. Well, Insomniac’s upcoming title features the duo up against none other than Venom.

As the series is more geared towards their own voice actors (again, Miles – Nadji Jeter, was a highlight), Tom Hardy doesn’t show up in the credits – instead, it’s Tony Todd from the original Candyman, but also features in The Protagonist EX-1.

Do note that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is tipped for a 2023 release.

In other surprising news, the studio also announced that they’re working on Marvel’s Wolverine. It’s in very early development, but you can see a teaser here if you can’t wait.
