There’s always room on the Nintendo Switch for a decent racer, especially futuristic ones as Nintendo is the home of F-Zero. This month we get a new addition, FAR S Ultra.

From Zerouno Games, who recently brought us the quirky Baobabs Mausoleum Grindhouse Edition, this racer is solely about who is the fastest on the track – which boasts 15 circuits over five different cups.

Matching the number of cups is the difficulty levels, making this accessible for casuals and the hardcore – the latter are catered for in Far S Ultra with the Attack Time modes, to finetune your lap times.

Key features include:

  • 5 cups with 5 difficulty levels each one
  • 15 circuits with various weather conditions
  • 10 teams to be unlocked
  • 40 car skins
  • 30 challenges to overcome
  • Multiplayer mode on split screen. Up to 4 players
  • 3 game modes: Championship, Time Attack and Custom
