Turn-based JRPG title Earthlock 2 releases a teaser trailer for this next-gen title.
In a visual combination of the companion that follows you about in Monster Hunter World and the creative elements of the classic PC title Black & White, Earthlock 2 is a turn-based JRPG coming to next-gen consoles and the PC.
Snowcastle Games have released a teaser trailer showcasing the Unreal engine used for the sequel to the original Earthlock, released in 2016, but no release date for Earthlock 2 as yet.
Based on the planet Umbra, the world is left in shadows as the planet stops spinning on its axis. Half the world is in the sunlight, while the rest remains in the dark, but the middle gets both.
The game will be an open-world action RPG, allowing a great deal of freedom and customisation.
We really want our next title to offer players a huge amount of replayability, customisation and depth, with incredible emergent gameplay possibilities.Bendik Stang, Game Director & Co-founder of Snowcastle Games
Here’s the teaser:
There’s no official release date for Earthlock 2 as it’s currently in development, but other than the PS5, Xbox Series X and PC via Steam, it will also be coming to the PS4 and Xbox One.
