Alterium Shift Demo Available On Steam

Stranded in the shift realm of dark elves? Piece of cake for the heroes of Alterium Shift – an updated playable demo is available to play now on Steam, courtesy of Gravity Game Arise.

But hold your horses: the game won’t be available immediately as it’ll be offered to the Early Access hounds first of all. A JRPG, a little comparable to the excellent Octopath Traveler in terms of 2.5D visuals, you’ll pick one of three heroes, each with a unique narrative path.

Featuring a 90s style of play with turn-based combat, a huge world to explore, abilities to uncover and much much more, SNES veterans should be in their element with Alterium Shift. Remember Chrono Trigger, anyone? Getting those vibes…

Alterium Shift is set for a full release in late 2023 for PC and consoles. In the meantime, give the demo a try on Steam.
